Simultaneously a reception, show and dance area, restaurant and bar, Teatro can be adapted to any type of event and is available for hire on the date of your choice, for your private or corporate dinner evenings.
The rental cost is €750 (during the week) and €980 (weekends and eve of public holidays) before tax with services (reception, dinner, evening, etc.) to be agreed with the organisers.
The rental of Teatro includes use of its sound mixing and lights, mixing table, microphones, giant screens and HD projector, musical computer, orchestra pre-installation, piano, cleaning of the room, Sabam tax, etc.
Based on a minimum of 50 people, we offer an all-inclusive package for €60 pp which includes a glass of house champagne (or soft drink, juice, beer, wine) as an aperitif, followed by a 3-course menu with water, soft drinks and quality wines served at our discretion during the meal. Open-bar packages available for aperitifs or after the dinner.
Buffet (”walking”) dinner on request and option of organising a dance evening without a meal, by having finger food free of charge or organising a food truck.
Teatro can also be hired without including any services from us for €1,950 before tax during the week and €2,750 before tax at weekends and the eve of public holidays.
Parking: possibility of reserving up to 80 parking spaces at the church 200m away or organising a valet-parking service with shuttle to the car park at the International School 800m away.
